Hello,

I am a single male (age 39) executive from Los Angeles, California, USA (Bachelors Degree from UCLA, Masters in Business Administration studies at California State University), who is relocating to Bataan to invest in real estate and businesses. I will be by myself, and I am looking for the right person who is organized, and can handle several responsibilities (listed Below). She must be intelligent, organized, speak decent English (fluent English not required, but we need to have good communication), No cigarettes or kids, must have passport or be able to get one, must be free and willing to travel to and from the US, Europe, Asia, Australia...etc, able to drive (I will provide the transportation), have a good positive attitude, and be interested in learning about business and investing.

I will provide a private bedroom and bathroom, as well as all food, household supplies, paid time off, all travel expenses whether for business or vacation, TV, internet, cell phone, medical, some restaurant dining and entertainment, transportation, and a small salary so you have some spending money (around 5,000 PHI/month plus bonuses).

House Duties:

Grocery Shopping
Cooking
Keeping the house tidy

Personal Assistant Duties:

Making and receiving business calls
Internet research
Handle my scheduling
Attend Business meetings with me and assist
Driving to some of my meetings or potential investments

It seems like a lot of responsibilities, but they are all pretty simple. I will be renting a place for the first few months while they finish building my house in Balanga City, so the cooking and cleaning is only for you and me, and my initial office will be at home, so it is not very demanding yet.
